We have no control over the satellite TV working or not. Satellite TV as we are in the country and cable does not come out this far from town. Our rooms are set at 65 degrees to help conserve engergy then turned up 30 minutes before check in at 4 p.m. The massage therapist even came in early to help try to please the couple. The couple insisted on checking in - even though they were informed the room and ammenites ordered were not in the suite yet. Sometimes when a person changes reservations several times over a course of a year, then book in at the last minute. The Couple did recieve over 600.00 worth of services.
